Terms of Use
The agreement between you and ENKARI LLC governing your use of the SpaceForge platform, including the public demo floor and sandbox.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms,” also referred to on some platform surfaces as the Terms of Service) are a binding agreement between you and ENKARI LLC (“Enkari,” “we,” “us”), the owner and operator of the SpaceForge platform. By creating an account, or by using any part of the platform — including the public demo floor and the anonymous sandbox — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. About SpaceForge — No University Affiliation
SpaceForge is an independent demonstration and proposal platform built, owned, and operated by ENKARI LLC. It exists to demonstrate a proposed graduate program concept — the Master of Space Technologies and Strategy (“MSTS”) — to prospective university partners, students, and employers.
SpaceForge is not a product or service of Arizona State University (“ASU”) or of any other university. ASU has not reviewed, endorsed, sponsored, or approved this platform, and no affiliation, partnership, or agency relationship between ENKARI LLC and ASU exists or should be implied. University names, school names, program names, and related references appearing in platform or demonstration content are illustrative of a proposed program only. All trademarks, service marks, and institutional names are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Nothing on this platform is an offer of enrollment or admission to any university. Completing modules, simulations, or other activities on this platform does not confer academic credit, a degree, a credential, or standing at any institution. There is no guarantee that the proposed program will be adopted by any university.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
The platform is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Optional profile fields (such as professional background, years of experience, and program interest) are voluntary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Specifically:
- Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone
- Log out of shared or public devices after each session
- Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Do not share your account or allow others to access the platform through it
- You are responsible for all content submitted under your account
3. The Anonymous Demo Tier
Parts of the platform — the demo floor and the public sandbox simulations — can be used without an account. These Terms apply to anonymous use in full, including the intellectual-property and acceptable-use provisions. In addition:
- Demo and sandbox access is provided free of charge, for personal evaluation, with no service commitment. We may change, limit, or withdraw it at any time.
- Anonymous use is subject to per-visitor usage limits (currently five simulation starts per visitor per 24 hours), enforced by automated controls.
- Demonstration content runs on synthetic data authored for demonstration. It does not represent real student records or a live academic program.
- Demo and sandbox sessions are watermarked and access-monitored. Exported or extracted content may carry an invisible session fingerprint used to trace unauthorized redistribution.
- Circumventing usage limits, automated-access controls, or watermarking is prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SpaceForge only for its intended evaluation, learning, and professional development purposes. You may not:
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or non-public areas of the platform
- Upload malicious code or content designed to disrupt platform operations
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform or extract its content
- Misrepresent your identity, role, or any institutional affiliation
- Represent the platform, or your use of it, as affiliated with or endorsed by any university
- Use the platform to build or support a competing product or service
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit platform access or content without our written permission
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access (Section 9) and, where warranted, referral to law enforcement or civil action.
5. Intellectual Property
Platform Content
The platform software, simulation engines, scenario logic and decision trees, curriculum concepts and materials, assessment rubrics, AI prompt architecture, design elements, demonstration content, and the SpaceForge name and branding are the exclusive property of ENKARI LLC. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purposes — nothing more. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without our written permission.
Your Work
You retain ownership of original content you create and submit through the platform (written deliverables, analyses, reflections). You grant ENKARI LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the platform, including in aggregated or de-identified form. We will not use your identifiable submissions in marketing or proposal materials without your permission.
Prohibited Activities
You may not, directly or indirectly:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, data models, or business logic of the platform
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract, copy, or index platform content, data, or materials
- Build or assist in building a competing product or service using data, insights, or methodologies obtained from the platform
- Share, redistribute, sublicense, or make available to third parties any platform data, exports, analytics, or curated content
- Use AI, machine learning, or any automated analysis to replicate, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer platform functionality, scoring models, or data pipelines
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures, rate limits, access controls, watermarks, or content protection mechanisms
- Create multiple accounts or use shared accounts to circumvent usage limits
- Use platform output, exported data, or AI-generated content as training data for machine learning models
- Systematically download, cache, or aggregate platform content beyond what is necessary for normal use
- Embed, iframe, deep-link, or frame-embed platform content on external sites without written authorization
Platform data — including curated datasets, simulation scenario logic, proprietary scoring models, and the specific selection and arrangement of information — constitutes trade secrets and proprietary compilations of ENKARI LLC protected under applicable law. Unauthorized extraction or use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
6. Payments
As of the effective date, SpaceForge is a demonstration platform. If any paid offering is made available, its price, billing terms, and any refund terms will be presented before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; Enkari does not receive or store full payment card numbers. Purchasing a paid offering does not create any enrollment, credit, or affiliation with any university. 7. Privacy
Your use of SpaceForge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how ENKARI LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information — for registered accounts and for anonymous demo visitors. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
SpaceForge is a pre-launch demonstration platform. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data will be preserved without loss.
AI-assisted features (tutoring, feedback, search, simulation scoring) can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. They are evaluation and learning aids, not authoritative sources or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENKARI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid ENKARI LLC in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or damage limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time and may request deletion of your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your account shows evidence of compromise or abuse, if required for security or legal reasons, or after extended inactivity. Because SpaceForge is a demonstration platform, we may also modify or discontinue it (in whole or in part) at any time; where practicable, we will give registered users reasonable notice before discontinuation.
Sections 1, 5, 8, 10, and any accrued payment obligations survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to venue there.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email or platform notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect; for anonymous visitors, the revised Terms and updated effective date posted on this page constitute notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the platform and, if you have an account, you may request deletion.
